About
I’m Jonathan, a senior software developer in Melbourne. My career started in the south-west of England, took me through Brighton and San Francisco, and landed me in Australia, where I work at Zeller.
Outside work I build small tools for the way I like to work: in a terminal, with a keyboard that does a bit more than type.
- shepherd, a todo board backed by a markdown file, which coding agents can work from too;
- plugins for herdr, the terminal workspace I run my coding agents in: pull request status, a pomodoro timer, keyboard lights;
- keybars, a music equaliser on my keyboard’s backlight.
This blog is where I write them up, once a week: what I built, why, and what went wrong along the way.
